Chronicle is an intelligent video editing platform that processes user-uploaded video clips into edited short-form videos. The service includes clip analysis, automatic trimming, music synchronization, and video rendering.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Chronicle.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all video content you upload to Chronicle. By uploading content, you grant Chronicle a limited license to process, store, and deliver your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You represent that you have the right to upload and use all content you submit, including any music, images, or footage.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service.
• Use the service to generate spam or misleading content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

6. Service Availability

Chronicle is currently in early access. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Chronicle is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or content.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Chronicle after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
